Easter Crafting

I cannot believe how quickly time is going by. Easter is a week away! This year Easter just happens to fall on my birthday (which makes it extra special) so I am kinda going crazy with decorating. Bonus, it brings us one step closer to garden season.

I stumbled across Taryn's Easter Pallet Art on her Blog, Design, Dining and Diapers and knew it would be my next craft. Her post broke everything down step by step and the project was simple. I love how mine came out. I literally followed her directions the entire time, but chose a different bunny. I found my bunny here, and open it into word. At that point, I made the image as big as I could and printed it out.

My Favorite Part: the project cost me less than $5!

I chose Behr's Mystic River as a base and painted the bunny in an off white color. I love the pastel purple with the white. To me it shouts Spring!

The final product. This isn't her final home, but it will do for now.

Close up. What do you think? Have any Easter crafts you are working on? Up next I hope to complete some coffee-can bunnies. Can't wait to share them!
